Jayne Graham, Founder and Director of 20:20 Consulting Limited, established the company in 2004 with the clear objective of stimulating clarity and understanding to enable change. She achieves this through contributing foresight, energy and ideas, and actively promoting effective leadership.
Jayne started her career in the manufacturing industry in HR, and before establishing her home-based consultancy business she spent 16 years in business to business services, spanning both the private and public sector. She held corporate board positions from her mid-20s, in the roles of HR Director, Operations Director and Managing Director, and developed a private recruitment business from £5m to £24m turnover through a combination of acquisition and organic growth. 20:20 Consulting Limited is based in North East England, and customers are based throughout the UK. The business has developed a wide range of associates providing both complementary skills and additional capacity, under the guidance of Jayne Graham.
More recently in 2010 Jayne launched a new business Space on Tap, the go to place for space in the North East. She is also Founding Director of community interest company, Home Business North East CIC.
